Cyberpunk 2077 2.12 Netrunner: Why am I not one-shotting everything like others?

I've tried a few different Netrunner builds since the 2.12 patch, focusing on quickhacks and stealth, but I'm just not seeing the insane damage output or quick enemy takedowns everyone talks about. Am I missing a core synergy or an essential perk? Please share your go-to legendary quickhacks/perks for maximum lethality, I'm genuinely struggling to feel overpowered!
