Is my new RTX 4080 Super being bottlenecked by an i7-9700K?

Just upgraded my GPU to an RTX 4080 Super, but my gaming performance in demanding titles like Cyberpunk 2077 and Alan Wake 2 isn't quite what I expected. I'm still running an Intel i7-9700K and 32GB DDR4 RAM. Am I hitting a CPU bottleneck, or could there be another culprit I'm overlooking? Really hoping for some insights on this!
