Is my old i7-8700K bottlenecking my new RTX 4070 Super at 1440p?

I recently upgraded my GPU to an RTX 4070 Super but kept my trusty i7-8700K. While I'm seeing improvements, I feel like I'm not getting the full potential out of the new card, especially in CPU-intensive games at 1440p. Is this pairing a significant bottleneck, or should I be looking at other potential culprits? Really need some community insight before I consider a full platform upgrade!
