Is Instagram's Algorithm Punishing Non-Reel Content Lately? My Reach is GONE!

My usual photo and carousel posts on Instagram are getting virtually no reach compared to a month ago, even with consistent posting and good hashtags. It feels like unless I'm posting Reels, my content just vanishes. Has anyone else noticed this drastic shift or found workarounds to boost visibility for static posts again?
