New RAM Causing Random BSODs on Ryzen 7 System – Compatibility or PSU?

I just upgraded to 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600MHz RAM, but now I'm getting intermittent Blue Screens of Death, often with memory management errors. My motherboard supports this speed, and I've tried XMP on/off with no luck. Could it be a subtle incompatibility I'm missing, or is my older 650W PSU struggling with the new components? Really need some insights here before I return these sticks!
