Is upgrading my RAM from 16GB to 32GB actually worth it for 4K video editing?

I'm consistently hitting near 100% RAM usage when working with 4K projects in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects on my current 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3200 setup. Before I pull the trigger on another 16GB kit, I'd love to know if the community thinks this upgrade will genuinely provide a significant, noticeable performance improvement or if I should look elsewhere for bottlenecks. Really hoping to speed up my workflow!
