Is my RTX 3070 dying? Persistent artifacting and random black screens!

My graphics card has suddenly started displaying strange pixelated artifacts and occasionally goes to a black screen during gaming, and sometimes even at idle. I've already done a clean driver install with DDU, checked all power connections, and monitored temperatures which seem normal. Before I consider an RMA, is there any other diagnostic step or software conflict I might be overlooking that could cause this?
