Desperate for comfortable AND stylish work shoes: Any brands actually deliver?

My current shoes are killing my feet by noon, but I need something dressy enough for an office setting where I'm on my feet constantly. Everything I find either looks orthopedic or is painfully uncomfortable after an hour.
