Are there any truly FREE AI video generators that aren't crippled by limitations?

I'm trying to get into AI video creation but every 'free' tool I find either has severe watermarks, super short generation times, or practically no features unless you pay. Is there anything out there that offers decent functionality for genuinely free short video clips, or am I just looking in the wrong places? Really hoping for some community insights!
