Will GTA 6's PC Version Really Be Delayed for Years After Console Launch?

Game
With the console release for GTA 6 confirmed, I'm starting to get that familiar sinking feeling about the PC version's timeline. Is there any concrete news, official statements, or even strong rumors suggesting PC players won't be left waiting an agonizingly long time after the initial console launch? Really hoping for some positive insights or insider speculation here!

Oh man, I totally get that sinking feeling you're talking about! It's like a tradition with Rockstar games at this point, isn't it? We all remember GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2 getting their PC versions way later than consoles.

Right now, there's absolutely nothing official, no concrete news or statements from Rockstar, about a PC release date for GTA 6. They've only confirmed the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S for Fall 2025.

So, while there's no *official* delay announced for PC yet, based on their track record, most of us in the community are just assuming it's going to happen. It's not really "insider speculation" as much as it is just looking at how they've done things for years. I'd love to be proven wrong, but I'm mentally preparing myself for a year or so wait after the console launch, just like with their previous big titles.

It sucks, but that's just kind of how Rockstar rolls. Fingers crossed they surprise us this time and have it closer to the console launch, but I wouldn't hold my breath for it given past experiences. We'll just have to wait and see what they eventually announce down the line.
