My PC keeps randomly restarting under load – PSU or something else entirely?

For the past week, my gaming PC has been randomly cutting out and restarting during intensive sessions, but it's fine for web browsing. I initially suspected the power supply, but I've already tested it with another unit, and the issue persists. Could it be a motherboard fault, or am I missing something obvious?
