Struggling to Distinguish Hebrew Guttural Sounds: Any Pro Tips for Beginners?

I've just started learning Hebrew and I'm hitting a wall with the guttural sounds, particularly 'ח' (chet) and 'ע' (ayin). They all sound so similar to my English-trained ear, and it's making both speaking and listening incredibly challenging. Has anyone found specific exercises or mental tricks that really helped them differentiate and produce these sounds more accurately? I'm genuinely stuck and really want to make progress!
