What's the Most Compelling Scientific Evidence for UFOs/UAPs We Have So Far?

With all the recent declassified documents and congressional hearings about UAPs, I'm trying to sift through the noise. What, from a purely scientific standpoint, do you all consider the strongest, most undeniable piece of evidence or data point that points to something truly anomalous, potentially non-human, rather than just misidentification or terrestrial tech?
