How do you reconcile personal suffering with a benevolent God?

I'm genuinely struggling to understand how a truly all-loving and all-powerful God can permit so much pain and injustice in the world, especially when it feels so arbitrary and undeserved. This question has been a major roadblock in my faith journey, and I'm really hoping for some perspectives or insights that can help me make sense of it.
