Stuck at B1 in French – What's the secret to breaking through to fluency?

I've been learning French for two years now, and I feel like I've hit a wall at the B1 level. I can understand most conversations and read fairly well, but speaking fluently and naturally just isn't happening. I'm getting really frustrated and desperately need some fresh strategies or resources to finally level up. Has anyone else experienced this and found a way past it?
