PC won't POST after new GPU - did I brick it?

Just upgraded to an RTX 4070 from an older card. Now my PC powers on (fans spin, RGB lights up) but I get absolutely no display output and no POST beeps. I've re-seated the GPU, RAM, and checked all power cables multiple times. Am I missing a critical step or did I somehow damage another component during the swap? Really need some quick advice!
