Can anyone recommend a build to finally solo Malenia without getting absolutely shredded by Waterfowl Dance?

I've been stuck on Malenia in Elden Ring for days now, trying to beat her solo without summons, but her Waterfowl Dance is consistently wiping me out. I've tried various weapon types and armor sets, but nothing seems to click. Is there a specific build, perhaps a weapon art or talisman combo, that made this fight manageable for you? I'm really looking for that one strategy to break this deadlock!
