Help! Brand New NVMe Invisible After Motherboard Upgrade – BIOS/Windows No Show!

Just completed a motherboard and CPU upgrade, installed a brand new Samsung 980 Pro NVMe SSD, but it's completely undetectable. Neither BIOS nor Windows Disk Management sees the drive. I've re-seated it and checked the M.2 slot. Is there a specific BIOS setting or a common compatibility issue I might be missing with Z790 boards? Really need to get this working ASAP!
