Is genuine free will truly possible if God already knows every choice I'll make?

This is a classic philosophical and theological dilemma. If an omniscient God knows every decision I will ever make before I make it, how can my choices be truly free? It feels like my path is predetermined, yet my faith emphasizes personal responsibility.
