Torah Genesis 3:14 Serpents Cursed to Eat Dust

Is this verse a proof that judaism is man made religion?

The phrase in Genesis 3:14 where the alleged God curses the serpent, stating, “You will crawl on your belly and eat dust all the days of your life,” might be cited as a reason to view the story as a man-made creation myth.

Here is the original text and literal English translation:

(Genesis 3:14)

Transliteration: Vayomer Adonai Elohim el-ha-nahash, ki asita zot, arur atah mi-kol ha-b’hemah u-mi-kol hayyat ha-sadeh. Al-g’hōnkha teilech v’aphar tōkhal kol-y’mei hayyeikha.

English translation:

“And YHVH God said to the serpent, ‘Because you have done this, cursed are you more than all the cattle, and more than all the beast of the field. Upon your belly you shall go, and dust you shall eat all the days of your life.'”

If the text is read as a scientifically literal description of a serpent’s diet and physical transformation, it conflicts with biological science.
